韓劇《Run On 奔向愛情》正在Netflix熱播,女主角申世景(申世京)的零死角美貌和魔鬼身材引起熱議。現年30歲的她自8歲就以童星出道,可說是由細靚到大,更被獲封為童顏女神。她曾經分享3個秘訣,靠著控制飲食配合適當運動雙管齊下,保持美好身型體態。
秘訣1:以2種食物取代碳水化合物
申世景不會特別戒口,即使在減肥時期,她仍會保持一日三餐,不過就會以橡實涼粉和豬皮代替碳水化合物,橡實涼粉是一種韓國傳統食品,由橡子果實提煉製成,進食時可拌入調味料。在早上,申世景會吃橡實涼粉沙律,中午吃正餐,而晚餐就會吃豬皮,雖然減少了澱粉攝取,但依然有飽足感。
秘訣2:自製美肌瘦身奶昔
材料:
牛奶、蜜糖、奇亞籽、亞麻籽、大麻籽粉、黑可可粉、燕麥奶昔粉及綠色超級食物粉。

秘訣3:做普拉提鍛鍊體態
除了飲食,申世景亦相當注重運動,各種運動中,她最常做的就是普拉提(Pilates),可以透過各種動作加強全身肌肉並矯正姿勢,同時訓練柔韌性和平衡感,從而塑造曲線身型,並達到瘦身效果,假如不喜歡做劇烈的運動,不妨考慮普拉提。
